What payment methods can I use?

All payments are processed exclusively through Mercado Pago. Subject to the options shown at checkout in Colombia, you can pay with Mercado Pago balance, PSE, Efecty, and Visa or Mastercard credit, debit, or prepaid cards; American Express, Diners Club, and Codensa credit cards are also supported.

Are the products on your website authentic?

We do not source our furniture from third parties: every piece is handmade and finished in our own factory in Bogotá, Colombia, using materials selected for durability, quality, and finish.

What happens if the product I bought doesn't meet my expectations?

If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy . Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days , and we'll help you with the return or exchange process.
